Doctor Who - Eighth Doctor

The Eighth Doctor (played by Paul McGann) wore trousers with his snazzy costume:



Unfortunately, the Eighth Doctor barely had any screen-time at all, and we never got a good look at the construction details of his (original) trousers in the TV movie.

We were able to make a few meaningful observations, however!


While his trousers sometimes appeared to be gray on screen, they were, in fact, more of a neutral tan/oatmeal color, as evidenced below by these photos of the Eighth Doctor's costume at Gallifrey One in 2012, photographed and shared by Bob Mitsch:

The Eighth Doctor's trousers also had a "double-top" at the center back for the suspenders, which again appeared to fasten to the inside of the trousers, rather than the outside:  



Also note the side pockets in the photo above, and in the publicity photo to the right!



















The Eighth Doctor's trousers were blind-hemmed, with no curves or cuffs:
